The winds came up at Carnoustie in the the final round of the British Open--and the scores climbed as well. Jordan Spieth topped the leaderboard early and Tiger Woods was there late, but Francesco Molinari made thirteen straight pars before his birdie on 14 and then added another birdie on 18 to become the first Italian player to hoist the Claret Jug, in fact, the first Italian to win a major.

The Open's A-L N-Z draw burned 118 GridCard points and gave rise to an unprecedented four-way tie. Annabelle (34) won her second GridCard, as did ProGridder AFED (34) who also took down the PGT. Kevin K (34) picked up his sixth Hamlin-Hopper to close within two of all-time career leader Heart of a Hooligan, and summerman (34) broke through for his first GridCard Win.

Only five other players posted Qualifying Scores: Jeepcreeper (33), ranvilld12 (32), btninja (31), Hoffm133 (31), and jocko (30).
