Some great NCAAM basketball matchups are on tap in the First Game of this week's GridCard. Florida @ Tennessee, Seton Hall @ Marquette, and Duke @ Virginia will go off with small spreads or as pick 'em games. Oklahoma @ West Virginia, North Carolina @ Syracuse and MSU @ Maryland have home teams each laying five points. The spreads with Auburn @ Kentucky, DePaul @ Butler and Texas @ Texas Tech are wider, but if this year in NCAAM basketball has proven anything so far, it's that there are no proven teams and no favorite is safe--except maybe Kansas @ KSU.
There's more college basketball to start the Second Game on Sunday, including a pair of Big East clashes--Creighton @ St. John's and Xavier @ Georgetown--and a Big Ten showdown--Michigan @ Ohio State. Seven NBA games are in the mix, highlighted by a rematch between Zion and LeBron on Sunday night and closing on Thursday night with Clippers @ Rockets in the TNT game. XFL games--which have received a lot of play--keep football alive on the GridCard.
