Two Left, Defeat Tour

7 Oct 2018

Alabama and Ohio State won really big, but not big enough.  Iowa State beat Oklahoma State for the first time in seven years. Texas blew a 21-point lead, but nipped Oklahoma 48-45 in the highest-scoring Red River Whatever in history.  LSU tasted defeat for the first time this year--a late Gator pick-6 sealing the win for Florida. And just about everybody was wrong about Auburn. First Game points were hard to come by.

The GridCard played tougher than shank steak--yielding only two Qualifying Scores to the winners AK (31) and Zeke (31). AK picked up his first GridCard win to go with his Week 35 King Kong. And Zeke's GC win was his third. These two, of course, also earn WPNs for defeating the ProGrid Tour which triggered the Rollover and a Rake when no player managed to post a QS.
