World Series Preview

15 Oct 2020

The ALCS and the NLCS are well underway--if not already decided. The Tampa Bay Rays took the first three games of the ALCS series and are on the brink of their first World Series since 2008. The Atlanta Braves won Gm1 and Gm2 before the Dodgers scored 11 runs in the top half of the first in Gm3. A whole slate of NFL games, including two Monday night games, kicks-off the Second Game which stretches till Friday to accommodate the World Series.

The First Game features some interesting SEC NCAAF matchups: Auburn visits South Carolina, Texas A&M travels to Mississippi State, and Georgia plays Alabama in prime time. Gm6 of the NLCS closes the betting late Saturday night; however, if no Gm6 is necessary, ALCS Gm7 will be subbed in. If there is no baseball at all, Marshall @ La Tech O/U 51 will be subbed in.

As always, late substitutions due to Covid-19 are a possibility. Gm6 of the NBA Finals was a last second replacement for TNF on Saturday after the GridCard had gone out. The GC Commissioner apologizes in advance for whatever happens this week.
