The First Game on the GridCard features the Final Four semifinal games: Auburn vs Virginia and Texas Tech vs MSU.
The Auburn Tigers are fast and shoot the three and force more turnovers than any other Division 1 team. But the Virginia Cavaliers rarely turn the ball over, and on average hold opponents to 55 points a game--also best in country. Expect more solid defense in the late game as well. The Spartans are favored over defensive stalwarts Texas Tech; however the Red Raiders offense has been hot lately. MSU will have to play well to advance. Key MLB and NBA games are also in the First Game mix which concludes with Sunday's NASCAR race, the Food City 500.
The NCAA Championship Game on Monday night highlights the Second Game. No line adjustments this time.
MLB is just getting started while the NBA is winding down. The Yankees @ Astros series should be an excellent early-season matchup of top-tier teams. The Celtics @ Wizards and Rockets @ Thunder on Tuesday should be interesting as teams make their playoff push. The Second Game ends with the first round of the Masters and an NHL playoff game on Thursday.
