Conference Finals Preview

17 Jan 2019

Reluctantly, we say goodbye to NFL Saturdays as the GridCard takes to the hardcourt in the First Game. Two interesting NBA matchups intermingle with a full slate of NCAAM basketball: the OKC Thunder visit the 76ers in Philadelphia and the LA Lakers are in Houston against the Rockets.

The two remaining undefeated Top 25 teams--Michigan and Virginia--are on the road and in the mix. The Wolverines are in Wisconsin versus the Badgers and the Cavaliers play the Duke Blue Devils in Cameron. Other key games include Florida @ Georgia, Indiana @ Purdue, UCLA @ USC, and St John's @ Butler.

After the NHL kicks-off the Second Game on Sunday, the NFL Conference Finals take center stage: Rams @ Saints followed by Patriots @ Chiefs. Both of these matchups feature ageless Hall-of-Fame quarterbacks up against Next-Generation potential HOFs.

More NCAAM hardwood action fills out the Second Game including two Spartan games: Maryland @ MSU on Monday and MSU @ Iowa on Thursday, and six NBA games are on tap--the 76ers, Warriors, and Pelicans play two each--none against each other.
